Please read this entire agreement before using this website.

This page contains a binding legal agreement between you and Rocky Mountain Logic LLC ("RML," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as More Van Less Money. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this website or any tool, calculator, diagram generator, content, product, or service offered on or through it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS (a) A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT CAPS OUR LIABILITY TO ZERO DOLLARS FOR FREE SERVICES AND TO FEES PAID FOR PAID SERVICES; (b) A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION; (c) AN INDEMNIFICATION YOU GIVE TO US; AND (d) A DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms by (a) clicking, tapping, or otherwise indicating your acceptance through any acknowledgment or acceptance gate we present (including the first-use acknowledgment on interactive tools); (b) creating an account or signing in; (c) subscribing to our newsletter; (d) submitting a contact form, support request, or consulting inquiry; (e) using any interactive tool, calculator, or diagram generator; or (f) continuing to access or use the Services after the date these Terms become effective.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" means both you individually and that entity. If you do not have that authority, or you do not agree to any term, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) No indirect or consequential damages. IN NO EVENT WILL RML, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RML HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

(b) Damages cap. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RML AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO RML IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES TO RML, THE CAP IS THE ALTERNATIVE FIGURE IN (ii), AND IS NOT THE FAIR-MARKET VALUE OF ANY FREE SERVICE.

(c) Categories of loss covered. The limits in (a) and (b) apply to all categories of loss, including without limitation: personal injury or death; property damage; vehicle damage or loss of value; loss of warranty coverage; denial or cancellation of insurance; legal fees or regulatory penalties; loss of use or enjoyment; emotional distress; loss of resale value; cost of correcting improper work; and any damages arising from (i) your use of or inability to use any Service; (ii) any reliance you place on the content, calculations, diagrams, recommendations, or shopping lists produced by the Services; (iii) any product you purchase through an affiliate or external link; (iv) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in any content; (v) any consulting or other paid services purchased through the Services; or (vi) any content posted by, or interaction with, another user.

(d) Limitations that may not be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (iii) death or personal injury caused by RML's negligence to the extent applicable law does not permit such exclusion; or (iv) any other liability that, under the applicable law of your jurisdiction, cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. To the extent any such carve-out applies, the cap in (b) still applies to the maximum extent permitted.

(e) Basis of the bargain. You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential element of the consideration for which RML is willing to provide the Services and that, without them, the Services could not be offered to you on the terms presented.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RML harmless on the terms below.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RML, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (the "Indemnitees") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your van conversion, vehicle modification, build, installation, energizing, operation, or maintenance of any electrical, gas, water, propane, structural, or other system based in whole or in part on information from the Services; (c) your violation of any law, code, regulation, ordinance, or third-party right; (d) your interaction with any other user; (e) any injury, death, or property damage caused by or in connection with your vehicle, build, or use of any component; (f) your failure to obtain or maintain proper insurance, warranty coverage, permits, or inspections; (g) your dissemination, presentation, or representation of tool output (including printed, exported, shared, or screenshotted artifacts) to any third party; and (h) any environmental damage or improper disposal of hazardous materials.

RML may, at its option, control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification with counsel of its choice, and you will reasonably cooperate. You will not settle any matter without RML's prior written consent if the settlement would impose any liability or admission on any Indemnitee.

4. Dispute Resolution; Class-Action Waiver

You and RML each waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against the other.

(a) Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(b) Exclusive venue. Subject to (c) below, the state and federal courts located in or serving the City and County of Denver, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and RML consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

(c) Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

(d) Class-action and representative-action waiver. You and RML each agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative action. The arbitrator or court, as the case may be, may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds the foregoing class-action waiver to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Section 4 is null and void, but the rest of these Terms remain in full force.

(e) Statute of limitations. Any claim against RML must be brought within one (1) year after it accrues, except where applicable law prohibits a shorter period than the statutory period.

(f) Equitable relief. Nothing in this Section 4 prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to enforce the acceptable-use restrictions in Section 6.

5. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RML grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, including using the interactive tools to plan a van conversion intended for your own ownership or personal use. The Services, including all content, software, designs, graphics, logos, layouts, look-and-feel, and other intellectual property displayed on or through them, are the property of RML or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly set forth in this Section.

RML may terminate or modify this license at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not, and will not authorize any third party to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Services by automated means without RML's prior written consent, except for well-behaved indexing by general-purpose search engines that respect robots.txt;
  • use the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any machine-learning model or large language model without RML's prior written consent;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Services, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
  • resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services or any content therein;
  • circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security, rate-limiting, authentication, or other features of the Services;
  • introduce or attempt to introduce any virus, worm, malware, or other malicious code; conduct any denial-of-service or stress-testing activity; or otherwise impair the availability, integrity, or performance of the Services;
  • impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false or misleading information;
  • use the Services to harvest or otherwise collect information about other users, including without limitation email addresses, without their express consent;
  • use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, ordinance, or third-party right; or
  • use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.

RML may investigate suspected violations, report them to law-enforcement or other appropriate authorities, and cooperate with such authorities in their investigations. RML may also take any technical, legal, or other action it deems appropriate to enforce this Section, including without limitation revoking access, suspending or terminating accounts, blocking IP addresses, and seeking injunctive relief.

7. Accounts; Suspension and Termination

Some features of the Services require an account (created via the OAuth providers identified in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials used to access the Services and for all activity that occurs under your account. You will notify RML promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

RML may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. On termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately, and Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 (last sentence only), 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 survive.

8. No Professional Advice; Educational Content Only

All content on the Services is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes professional advice, and no professional relationship is created between you and RML by your use of the Services.

The Services do not provide:

  • Professional electrical advice or services
  • Licensed contractor or tradesperson services
  • Engineering or architectural services
  • Legal, insurance, tax, or regulatory-compliance advice
  • Mechanical or automotive professional services
  • Professional safety consulting
  • Medical or health advice

Do not rely solely on the Services to make decisions about your van build. Always consult with qualified, licensed professionals — including electricians, mechanics, engineers, insurance agents, and tax or legal counsel as applicable — before undertaking any van conversion or modification work.

9. Assumption of Risk

Van building and vehicle modification involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical shock, electrocution, and fire hazards
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning and other gas-related hazards
  • Propane and natural-gas explosion and fire risks
  • Lithium-battery fire and thermal-runaway hazards
  • Battery explosion and chemical burns
  • Structural failure and vehicle-safety compromise
  • Water damage and mold
  • Personal injury or death
  • Property damage
  • Vehicle mechanical failure
  • Legal and regulatory violations
  • Exposure to hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, chemicals)
  • Power-tool and equipment-related injuries
  • Injuries from working in confined or poorly ventilated spaces

By using the Services, you assume all risks and full responsibility for any consequences of any work, modification, purchase, or other action you take in connection with information obtained from the Services, including personal injury, property damage, death, or legal violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RML AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ACCURACY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, RML DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT THEREOF WILL BE: ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT; SAFE, SUITABLE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE; COMPLIANT WITH ANY LAW, CODE, OR STANDARD; UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR COMPATIBLE WITH ANY DEVICE, BROWSER, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

Your results may vary significantly from any examples shown on the Services. Photographs and examples may not show all safety equipment, proper procedures, or complete working conditions. Some content may be staged for photography purposes and does not represent actual working conditions or recommended practices.

11. Interactive Tools, Calculators, and Diagram Generators

The Services include interactive tools — including, without limitation, a build cost & weight tracker, electrical capacity planner, wiring diagram generator, water-system planner, and any future calculators or diagram generators added to the Services. All output produced by these tools — including wire gauges, fuse and breaker ratings, run lengths, battery and solar sizing, inverter sizing, water-tank capacity, weight and cost estimates, shopping lists, bills of materials, label sheets, and any printed, exported, shared, or screenshotted artifact derived from any of the foregoing (collectively, "Tool Output") — is generated by software algorithms from inputs you provide and is intended for personal educational and planning purposes only.

Tool Output is NOT:

  • An engineered design, signed drawing, or stamped engineering deliverable
  • A code-compliance review under ABYC, NFPA, NEC, RVIA, or any other standard
  • A substitute for design or installation work performed by a licensed electrician, plumber, mechanic, or engineer
  • A guarantee that any specific component, configuration, or installation method is safe, code-compliant, or fit for your particular vehicle, climate, or use case

Specific limitations of the wiring-diagram and electrical-sizing outputs:

  • Wire-gauge ampacity uses the ABYC E-11 Table VI single-conductor, free-air, 105 °C-insulation column (commensurate with typical marine-grade stranded wire such as BC-5W2). Wire rated below 105 °C (including some THHN, GPT, and other automotive hookup wire) requires upsizing that the tool does not model. Aluminum and other non-copper conductors are not modeled.
  • Voltage-drop resistance is taken from NEC Ch. 9 Table 8 stranded uncoated copper at 75 °C; voltage-drop calculations assume nominal 12 V DC and 120 V AC and a single-pair round-trip path. Multi-branch, three-phase, 24 V/48 V, or other non-standard topologies are not modeled.
  • Ambient-temperature derating, conduit/bundle derating, and adjacent-conductor heating are not applied; high-ambient-temperature or tightly-bundled installations may require larger conductors than the tool reports.
  • Fuse and circuit-breaker selections are sized to conductor ampacity and load only; you remain solely responsible for verifying interrupt rating (AIC), short-circuit breaking capacity, time-current curves, and compatibility with your specific battery chemistry, BMS, and downstream protection scheme. In particular, low-AIC blade fuses (ATO/ATC, ~1 kA AIC) cannot safely clear bolted faults from large LiFePO4 banks; Class T or equivalent high-AIC protection is the standard mitigation on bank-side circuits.
  • Run lengths, panel placement, grounding, bonding, and component arrangement shown in any diagram are illustrative; physical routing, mechanical and chafe protection, ingress protection, and bonding paths must be designed for your actual vehicle.
  • Component recommendations and shopping lists reflect manufacturer specifications as published at the time the tool was authored and may be out of date, discontinued, or substituted; always verify current spec sheets, certifications, and listings before purchasing or installing.

Some interactive tools — including the wiring diagram generator — are explicitly labeled as beta or work in progress. Beta tools are released to gather feedback and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected output, may change without notice, and may be modified or removed at any time. Use of beta tools is entirely at your own risk.

No reliance by installers, inspectors, or third parties:

Tool Output is provided to you as a personal planning aid only. You shall not present, transmit, submit, or otherwise represent Tool Output to a licensed electrician, marine surveyor, building or RV inspector, code official, fire marshal, insurance adjuster, lender, or any other professional or regulatory body as an engineered design, code-compliant plan, or basis for installation, certification, sign-off, permitting, or insurance underwriting. RML accepts no liability for damages, injuries, code violations, failed inspections, denied insurance claims, voided warranties, or any other consequences arising from such reliance, whether by you or by any third party to whom you provide the Output.

Sharing and exposure:

When you use the "Copy share link" or "Print label sheet" features, the resulting URL or QR code encodes the full configuration you have entered into the tool, including any custom load names. Anyone with that URL — or anyone who scans a printed QR-coded label — can view the same configuration. Treat shared links and printed labels accordingly.

By using these tools you accept full responsibility for independently verifying every value before purchasing components, energizing any system, or performing any installation work, and you agree that all warranty disclaimers, assumption-of-risk provisions, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability set forth elsewhere in these Terms apply with equal force to Tool Output and to any printed, exported, shared, or screenshotted artifact derived from it.

12. Product Recommendations and Affiliate Disclosure

Product recommendations on the Services are based on personal experience, research, and opinion only. They are not endorsements, and RML:

  • Makes no guarantees about product performance, safety, or suitability
  • Is not responsible for product defects, failures, or safety issues
  • Does not warrant that products comply with applicable laws or standards
  • Is not liable for any damages resulting from product use

Product availability, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Always verify current product details, safety certifications, and specifications with manufacturers before purchasing.

AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE: The Services may contain affiliate links to products and services. RML may receive a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not influence the objectivity of product recommendations, but you should be aware that compensation may be received for purchases made through affiliate links. The Services are operated in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

External links are provided for convenience only. RML has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites.

13. Electrical, Gas, and Safety Systems

Electrical and gas system work is dangerous and potentially lethal. The electrical and gas system information on the Services is educational only and should not replace consultation with a licensed electrician or gas technician.

Working with electrical and gas systems can result in:

  • Electrocution and death
  • Fire and property damage
  • Battery explosion and chemical burns
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning if ventilation is inadequate
  • Propane or natural-gas explosion
  • Lithium-battery thermal runaway and fire
  • Chemical exposure from battery acids and gases

If you are not qualified and comfortable working with electrical or gas systems, hire a licensed professional. RML is not responsible for any electrical failures, gas leaks, fires, explosions, injuries, or deaths resulting from electrical or gas work performed based on information from the Services.

Proper ventilation is critical. Carbon monoxide is odorless and deadly. Always install appropriate detectors and ventilation systems.

14. Insurance, Warranty, and Resale Implications

Vehicle modifications will likely have significant insurance, warranty, and resale implications:

INSURANCE WARNINGS:

  • Many vehicle modifications must be reported to your insurance company
  • Failure to report modifications may result in claim denial or policy cancellation
  • Some modifications may increase your premiums or make insurance difficult to obtain
  • Your insurance company may refuse to cover damage related to modifications
  • You must consult with your insurance provider before making modifications

WARRANTY VOIDANCE:

  • Vehicle modifications will likely void your manufacturer's warranty
  • Extended warranties may also be voided by modifications
  • Certified pre-owned status will typically be lost
  • Individual vehicle systems (electrical, mechanical, structural) may no longer be covered
  • Dealerships may refuse warranty service on modified vehicles
  • You may be unable to return the vehicle to stock condition

RESALE:

  • Significantly reduce resale value
  • Make vehicles harder to sell
  • Limit your potential buyer pool
  • May make the vehicle impossible to return to stock condition
  • Can result in financial loss compared to an unmodified vehicle
  • May require extensive work to remove modifications before sale

15. Building Code and Legal Compliance

Building codes, vehicle-modification laws, insurance requirements, and regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction. The information on the Services may not reflect the specific requirements in your area.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and complying with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary permits and inspections
  • Ensuring your modifications comply with vehicle-safety standards
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
  • Meeting registration and title requirements
  • Complying with zoning and parking laws if living in your vehicle
  • Reporting modifications to your insurance company as required
  • Verifying that your jurisdiction allows the modifications you plan to make

Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations may result in fines, penalties, vehicle impoundment, insurance denial, or legal liability.

International users. The content on the Services is primarily focused on U.S. laws, regulations, products, and practices. If you are located in a different country, you are responsible for verifying that all information, recommendations, and products are appropriate and lawful in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section purports to deprive a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction of mandatory protections that apply notwithstanding choice of law.

16. Tool and Equipment Safety

Working on van builds requires the use of potentially dangerous tools and equipment. You are responsible for:

  • Using all tools according to manufacturer instructions

18. Consulting Services

If you purchase consulting services through the Services:

No Professional Relationship:

The consultation is informational only and does not create a professional services relationship. No work will be performed on your behalf, and no professional liability is assumed. Consultations are limited to the agreed-upon time period and do not include ongoing support unless explicitly purchased separately. The consultant is not a licensed electrician, engineer, contractor, or other regulated professional.

Opinion Only; Your Responsibility:

All advice provided during consultations represents personal opinion and experience only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. You remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding your van build, including design, component selection, installation, safety, and code compliance. No guarantees are made about build outcomes, costs, timelines, or success.

Limitation of Liability:

The limitation of liability and damages cap in Section 2 apply to consulting services. For paid consulting, the "fees paid" element of the cap means the fees you paid for that consultation. The carve-outs in Section 2(d) (fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, mandatory consumer protections) apply equally to consulting services.

Right to Refuse:

RML reserves the right to refuse consultation services to anyone for any reason.

19. User-Generated Content; DMCA; Section 230

If the Services include comments, forums, social-media groups, or other user-generated content ("UGC"):

  • RML is not responsible for content posted by users
  • UGC represents the opinions of individual users only
  • You interact with other users at your own risk
  • RML does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of UGC
  • You should not rely on advice from other users
  • RML reserves the right to remove any content at any time
  • Users are responsible for their own posts and any consequences arising from them

License to your UGC.

By submitting UGC to the Services, you grant RML a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, communicate, publish, publicly display, and distribute the UGC in connection with operating and providing the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the rights necessary to grant this license.

DMCA notices.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at dmca@morevanlessmoney.com. Your notice must include: (i) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

Section 230.

RML claims the protections of 47 U.S.C. § 230 with respect to UGC. RML acts as an interactive computer service and not as an information content provider with respect to UGC. The decision to host, remove, or moderate UGC is made in good faith and within the editorial discretion afforded by Section 230(c).

20. Age, Vehicle-Dwelling, and Medical Disclaimers

Age and supervision.

The work described on the Services is intended for adults with appropriate skills and judgment. Minors (under 18) should not attempt this work without direct adult supervision; even with supervision, certain tasks are inappropriate for minors. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors' safety. Age restrictions may apply to purchasing certain tools, equipment, or materials. The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (see Privacy Policy).

Vehicle dwelling.

If the Services discuss living in vehicles full-time, be aware of: zoning laws and parking restrictions that prohibit vehicle dwelling in many areas; health and sanitation challenges of long-term vehicle living; increased safety risks; legal consequences of parking violations; impact on mail delivery, registration, and legal residency; difficulty accessing emergency services; and mental-health and isolation concerns. RML does not recommend or endorse any particular lifestyle and is not responsible for consequences of choosing to live in a vehicle.

Medical and emergency.

The Services do not provide medical advice. If you experience carbon monoxide poisoning, electrical shock, burns, chemical exposure, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on information from the Services in medical emergencies.

RML makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Continuous availability of the Services
  • Freedom from errors, viruses, or malicious code
  • Compatibility with your devices or browsers
  • Accuracy of download files or digital products
  • Backup or recovery of any data you submit

RML is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network-infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

22. Changes to These Terms

RML may amend these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice by (a) posting a notice on the affected pages of the Services, (b) updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms, and (c) where we have your email address (e.g., for newsletter subscribers or account holders), sending you an email notice at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Services before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (typographical corrections, reformatting, and similar) take effect on posting.

23. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written agreement between you and RML, constitute the entire agreement between you and RML with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

No oral modifications. These Terms may not be modified except by a writing signed (including by electronic signature) by an authorized representative of RML.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No waiver. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without RML's prior written consent. RML may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations.

Notices. RML may provide notices to you by email (to the most recent address you have provided), by posting on the Services, or by other reasonable means. Notices to RML must be sent to hello@morevanlessmoney.com.

Headings; construction. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation." These Terms have been drafted by both parties for purposes of interpretation and are not to be construed against the drafter.

Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and RML.

Third-party beneficiaries. The Indemnitees identified in Section 3 are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. There are no other third-party beneficiaries.
